This event is being held at Nash Street Farm, Hailsham. BN27 4AA
You may arrive on Friday 21st from 1.00pm to 5.00pm by arrangement only, other than that please arrive on Saturday 22nd of July between 5.30am – 8.00am. Please call 07828 772475 to arrange Friday arrival.
Once in situ you will not be able to move your vehicles.
There is water on site but no electricity.
Generators are fine but they must be cordoned off and not be accessible by the public.
Dogs are allowed on site and must be kept on a lead at all times.
There are onsite toilets.
Please do not sell anything other than what you have already told us as any changes to your agreed menu will cause problems for other sellers.
All rubbish must be taken off site. We do not provide a skip.
The site is manned until 9.00pm on the Saturday and will be locked thereafter, so please bear this in mind if you leave the site. You will be required to show your pass in and out at the gate.
If you are erecting a structure you will be given a form to sign it off and declare it safe.
This event will have a huge advertising campaign eight weeks before.
This will be our first food festival.

It is also listed on many festival sites which can be found by search engines such as Google.
The venue must be clear by 8.00pm on the Sunday night.
If you are camping, your tents can go in the dedicated camping area.
There will be marshals on site at all times during this event who will be happy to help if you have any problems.
The gates open at 10.00am to the public on each day.
